About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through outbound efforts in the German market, focusing on the Whistleblower Software product.

  • Identify and contact potential customers or partners to organize client meetings.
  • Operate as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.

Our ideal candidate has native proficiency in German and professional proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary with uncapped commissions, 25 days of paid holiday annually, plus national holidays, and various benefits such as flexible working hours and remote work options.
