Job Overview

Organon is seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Operations Professional to join our Central North Europe Cluster. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting distribution and logistics activities across cluster markets.

The role reports directly to the Supply Chain Operations Manager for Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands. This is a remote position, preferably located in one of our Central Northern Europe markets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations for Third-Party Logistics Providers (3PLs), including monitoring interface transactions, root cause analysis of SAP issues, and coordination of fixes.
  • Assist with operational responsibility for all logistics-related tasks, such as inbound and outbound shipments, inventory reconciliation, stock adjustments, batch management, and temperature excursion resolution.
  • Review and compare monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure 3PLs are meeting expectations.
  • Support periodic transport lane risk assessments, documentation, reporting, and record keeping.
  • Develop local procedures in compliance with regional and global standards to maintain supply chain excellence.
  • Provide monthly reporting, including Intrastat, and handle other reporting tasks.
  • Assist with webshop administration for handling promotional materials, roll-ups, and convention booth materials.
  • Build strong partnerships with local and regional departments, such as Quality and Order to Cash.
  • Support Logistics Specialists in the CNE cluster as needed.
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety requirements directed by Organon.
  • Participate in various projects as a Logistics subject matter expert.
  • Participate in the yearly physical inventory count and support internal and external audits as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain, with up to three years of relevant experience in Supply Chain and/or Customer Services, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain environment and IT tools, such as Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to create productive relationships, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Annualized Salary Range:$65,000 - $85,000
