Job Title: Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Customer Success Strategist. As a key player in creating success for our partners, you will build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer loyalty.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Account Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with partners through regular communication, training, and support throughout the contract lifecycle.
  2. Proactive Portfolio Development: Proactively manage your own customer portfolio throughout the entire customer journey.
  3. Product Expertise: Become an expert in our products and train our customers to maximize their usage.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and the Tech teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  5. Digital Onboarding: Set up digital kick-off webinars for new customers to facilitate seamless onboarding.
  6. Process Improvement: Develop and share best practices with team members to continuously improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of our processes.
  7. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain and ensure Freetrailer's high level of customer satisfaction.
  8. KPIs and Supplier Collaboration: Ensure close collaboration with suppliers and track key performance indicators to measure and improve customer success metrics.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluency in Swedish and Danish languages, and solid ability to handle difficult conversations in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
