Din primære opgave bliver at assistere vores Staffing & Recruitment Consultants i Moments afdeling Logistics. Som logistikassistent får du kontakt til både vikarer og kunder, der har brug for service - og du er dermed en vigtig brik i at levere den kvalitet, Moment står for.

Af typiske opgaver kan nævnes:

  • Screene ansøgninger og gennemføre telefoninterviews med kandidater
  • Vagtplanlægning
  • Administrativt tastearbejde
  • Håndtering af spørgsmål fra vikarer og kunder
  • Assistere konsulenter med diverse ad-hoc opgaver
Din profil

Da du skal have kontakt med mange vikarer, er det vigtigt, at du er udadvendt og trives med en stor kontaktflade. Det vil derudover være en fordel, hvis du har erfaring med HR, kundeservice og/eller administration, og at du kan holde snuden i sporet - også på rutineprægede opgaver.

Dit kommende team

Du kommer ombord i Danmarks største vikarbureau med markedets højeste kundetilfredshed, hvilket forpligter. Du får kollegaer i hele landet, da flere af vores kollegaer også sidder i Jylland og på Fyn. I hele Moment er vi omkring 200 ansatte, og der kommer hele tiden flere til – det er skønt.

I Logistics har vi mange kunder, og du vil indgå i en dynamisk hverdag. Vi griner og sørger for, at det er sjovt at gå på arbejde. Vi skænker vores kollega en ekstra kop kaffe, hvis det har været en hård start på morgenen. Generelt vægter vi hinandens trivsel højt. Du bliver en del af et succesfuldt team, hvor resultaterne kommer fra holdets samlede indsats. Det praktiske

Vores kontor i København er beliggende lige overfor Vesterport st.

Arbejdstiden er mandag-fredag inden for tidsrummet kl. 08:00-17:00 og det forventes, du kan arbejde mellem 30-37 timer pr. uge.
