Revenue Growth Specialist for Maritime Europe

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team at Maritime Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity to optimize revenue streams and drive business growth on the Copenhagen-Oslo route, working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and experience in revenue management and pricing strategies.
Responsibilities include:
- Optimizing pricing and capacity based on demand, market trends, and competitor activity
- Ensuring efficient capacity management, including adjusting departures through pricing and cabin availability
- Monitoring and analyzing booking flow, market trends, competitor pricing, and capacity utilization
- Budgeting and forecasting total revenue streams and overall route performance
- Developing and implementing pricing & revenue management strategies
In return, we offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development in a dynamic and international environment.
The successful candidate will be fluent in English, both verbally and written, and have excellent stakeholder management skills.
