  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive commercial excellence and ensure long-term profitability.
  • Build out the lead marketing machine and continuously hit and exceed revenue targets.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a top-notch sales team once certain sales targets are achieved.
  • Actively participate in budget work and set goals for the organization.
  • Fully utilize data and analytics to inform investment decisions and drive results.
  • Lead end-to-end investment deals from deal sourcing to investment.
  • Represent CVX at events, gatherings, conferences, and other industry-related activities.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with other managers.
  • Report directly to the CEO.
