About the Job

The Head of Sales is responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within the assigned region for BYD Europe. This position requires strategic thinking and business acumen to develop effective sales strategies and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at driving market share growth and meeting sales targets.
  2. Business Development: Manage business growth in an omnichannel perspective with a B2B2C mindset.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners.
  4. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis.
  5. Market Development: Identify and develop new market segments and customer groups within the region.
  6. Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to organize customer events and promotional activities.
  7. Sales Team Management: Lead and develop the sales team.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across functions.
