As we continue to innovate, we're seeking a talented individual to join our Nordic sales team. You'll play a key role in growing our customer base and revenue in the Nordics, making Superb the #1 platform for restaurants in your market.

In this position, you'll be responsible for using a consultative sales approach to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new restaurateurs in your territory. You'll leverage Hubspot to manage all sales activities, collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market, and understand the competitive landscape to best position Superb.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the introduction of Superb to all restaurants in your territory
  • Oversee the sales cycle from prospect, demo to close
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts
  • Approach each conversation with a consultative mindset, understanding the struggles of customers
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market
  • Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Superb
  • Leverage Hubspot to manage all sales activities
