Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Management Professional to join our Customer Success team at Trustpilot, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large portfolios of contract renewals, maintaining and securing renewal rates, and identifying growth opportunities.

You will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless execution, contribute to the development of automated processes and marketing campaigns, and drive growth within your portfolio of clients. You will also act as a Trusted Advisor, advocating for the needs of your clients and providing expert guidance on how to achieve their business goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong account management, sales, or customer support experience, with a deep passion for processes and systems. You will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage large portfolios and administration tasks.
