Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Force Manager to join our team at British American Tobacco. As a Field Force Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a regional field force, accountable for developing and ensuring agreed performance objectives and contributing to strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and improve customer relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to sales representatives.
- Identify and develop talent within the team to ensure succession planning and business continuity.
- Manage budgets and resources to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop and motivate sales teams.
