Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Force Manager to join our team at British American Tobacco. As a Field Force Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a regional field force, accountable for developing and ensuring agreed performance objectives and contributing to strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and improve customer relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to sales representatives.
  • Identify and develop talent within the team to ensure succession planning and business continuity.
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop and motivate sales teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
