Job Summary:

Afimilk is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth in the dairy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Strong Sales Presence: Establish and maintain a strong, direct sales presence in designated areas, building relationships with dealers and dairy producers.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective management of designated dealers in the territory.
  • Provide Sales Support: Offer sales support and training to dealers' staff and sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Manage Leads: Effectively manage leads within the territory, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the EU region and HQ team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in Training: Participate in training programs and seminars conducted by the global team to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Special Projects: Take on special projects and assignments as assigned by the Regional Sales Director, General Manager Europe, or HQ.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in the dairy industry.
  • Sales Skills: High level of sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and drive sales growth.
  • Dairy Industry Knowledge: Dairy farming experience is crucial to succeed in this position, with a strong understanding of the dairy industry and its challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Time Management: Highly disciplined, motivated team player with the ability to manage time and tasks independently.
