Talent Development Representative Role

We are seeking a talented Talent Development Representative to join our Sales Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and engaging potential clients to drive pipeline growth.
Responsibilities:- You will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of Brandwatch's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition;
- Generating leads and building relationships with clients in your designated region;
- Collaborating with the Account Executive team to develop sales strategies and drive revenue growth;
- Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and coordinating next steps with sales executives.
- A strong background in sales or a related field, preferably with experience in SaaS or BDR roles;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Motivation and determination to succeed, combined with a positive attitude that drives results;
- Ability to execute tasks and take responsibility, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes;
- Coachability and self-awareness, with a willingness to learn and grow within the company;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment with short sales cycles.
