Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Contract Professional to join our Pricing, Contract, and Tender Management team in Copenhagen. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless contract management processes across the four Nordic countries.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage all administrative tasks related to tenders, from announcement to contract expiration.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for purchasers at customers and regions in Norway, fostering strong relationships and staying up-to-date on stakeholder initiatives.
  3. Maintain accurate contract registries, finalize contracts, collect signatures, and update contract prices in SAP.
  4. Collaborate with tender strategists and business units to monitor price increases and maintain contract master data, providing statistical insights and improving e-catalogues.
  5. Promote process improvements with purchasing departments, ensuring effective change implementation both internally and externally.
  6. Support colleagues working on product samples for tender submissions, handling logistics and administrative tasks while adhering to quality and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in the local healthcare industry or similar field, with expertise in tenders, contracts, or procurement
  • Fluency in Finnish and excellent English communication skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Detailed focus, analytical mindset, and multitasking capabilities
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, annual incentive plan, pension scheme, group discount on healthcare insurance, training opportunities, and an employee assistance program. Estimated salary: 55,000 - 65,000 EUR per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
