Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to work as a Tender Specialist in our Nordics Cluster, based in our Copenhagen office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting tender and contract management activities across the region.
- You will maintain and update existing tools and data sources, ensuring they are current and compliant with relevant standards.
- Independently prepare, update, and distribute monthly reports and sales figures for the team.
- Lead smaller projects related to tender or contract work, with support from your manager.
- Provide administrative support, including writing minutes and ensuring documents are accurate and up-to-date.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration, Business and Economics, Health Economics, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of initial practical office-based work experience, preferably in a similar field.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel for analyzing large datasets.
- Fluent in one of the Nordic languages and a high level of English, both written and spoken.
- Basic project management knowledge and understanding of the Nordic Healthcare Sector.
