Job Opening
We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Scientist to join our team and contribute to our cutting-edge research in genomics, bioinformatics, and machine learning.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects and collaborate with renowned researchers in the field.
Key Responsibilities
The Postdoctoral Research Scientist will be responsible for:
- Supporting cutting-edge research to unravel the molecular underpinnings of diabetes and its associated cardiovascular complications.
- Developing approaches to integrate multiple layers of information from omics datasets.
- Investigating biomarkers and clinical features associated with varying disease progression and the risk of developing diabetes-related complications.
Requirements
- PhD in Bioinformatics, Genomics, Computer Science, or Machine Learning.
- Expertise in multi-omics data integration.
- A strong computational background and expertise in dealing with large datasets.
- High level of proficiency in programming.
- An active interest in diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and metabolism.
- A proven track record showing scientific productivity in peer-reviewed journals.
