Job Description
The Role
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Senior People Partner to join our growing people team. As an Operational Senior People Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to managers by offering insights and solutions on the employee lifecycle, facilitating seamless people operations across various departments and locations.
Your Responsibilities
- Working hands-on with people tasks and operations in a high-performance culture.
- Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement People strategies to support overall business objectives.
- Partnering with managers to provide strategic People support, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations and feedback.
- Researching and building out best practices, educating the wider organization on people processes, employment law and encouraging employee well-being.
- Ensuring compliance with various employment-related legislations and policies.
- Taking on ad hoc people tasks relating to the employee experience and culture we would like to foster within VML MAP.
What You Bring
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- +3 years of experience in a people/HR role.
- Record of successfully working with senior leaders and managers.
- Strong knowledge of people/HR practices and employment law.
- A great sense of fairness, empathy and accountability.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Salary and Location
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $110,000-$140,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The role will be based in Copenhagen, but will involve collaborating with teams across multiple locations globally.
