Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Global Rewards team as a Remuneration Strategy Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equity compensation and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful remuneration strategies.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing equity compensation strategies that align with LEO Pharma's goals and objectives
  • Conducting global remuneration benchmarks to ensure competitive positioning
  • Designing new variable pay schemes that meet regulatory requirements and governance standards
  • Preparing and presenting detailed reports and analyses for the Remuneration Committee and Board
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards

Key qualifications include:

  • M.Sc. in Business Administration, HRM, or similar
  • Experience in global Rewards/Compensation & Benefits from a consultancy or a multinational, listed company
  • Experience with Executive remuneration and RemCo
  • Exceptional skills in creating and delivering presentations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using HR and compensation management software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong understanding of global compensation trends and practices
