Desktop Support Engineer

**About the Job:**
As a member of the Deskside Support Team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding technical support to our end-users. This includes providing comprehensive deskside support for workstations, mobile devices, and printers, as well as troubleshooting macOS issues and managing end-user device backups and recovery.
The successful candidate will have experience working in an onsite/offshore support model and will be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to users, addressing hardware issues with Windows laptops, desktops, MacBooks, Android, iOS, and Printers.
- Troubleshoot macOS issues, including operating system updates, application installations, and performance optimization.
- Manage end-user device backups and recovery, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with the offshore Workplace support team to diagnose and resolve end-user issues.
