Service Support Specialist

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare conversion quotations according to customer requirements and ensure timely order entry and support.
- Develop and supervise customer-specific service contracts, actively following up service support initiatives with key accounts.
- Provide technical support for new service products and handle technical quality complaints efficiently.
- Continuously improve service processes and tools to meet customer needs.
Your Qualifications:
- Hold a combined technical and commercial education, preferably in industrial or mechanical engineering, business administration, or a comparable field.
- Have several years of professional experience in technical sales of machinery and plant engineering, preferably in the food/beverage industry.
- Be proficient in data processing skills, including MS Office and MS Project.
- Speak Danish and English fluently, with German being an advantage.
- Be a goal-oriented and structured individual with excellent time management skills.
- Work effectively in a team, assertively and proactively.
- Be willing to travel abroad, primarily in Nordic countries.
