We are seeking a dedicated Senior Client Retention Specialist to join our Customer Success Team. As a key player in driving client satisfaction and retention, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to maximize the value they derive from our Learning Lifecycle Platform.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute customized plans to drive client outcomes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and feedback, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their evolving needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform enhancements to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably HubSpot, and ability to learn new tools as needed.
  • Fluency in English and one Nordic language, with a strong command of written and spoken communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude towards remote work and occasional office presence.

Estimated Salary: €50,000 - €65,000 per annum
