Enterprise Client Advocate

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Client Advocate to join our team at GAN Integrity Solutions.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to leverage your exceptional relationship-building skills and industry expertise to drive growth, retention, and client satisfaction for our enterprise-level clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with our high-value clients, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction with our solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored support and value-added services that meet our clients' evolving needs.
- Foster open communication channels to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, driving revenue growth and expansion within existing accounts.
- Leverage your consultative approach to provide strategic guidance, analysis, and problem-solving to help our clients overcome challenges and achieve maximum value from our solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, account activities, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and optimize client outcomes.
- Educate clients on best practices, new features, and solution enhancements to ensure they remain informed and empowered to maximize their ROI.
- 5+ years of experience in consultative sales or client advocacy roles, preferably in the SaaS or compliance software industry.
- A proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with high-value clients, driving revenue growth and retention.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs and priorities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and competing demands.
- Strong understanding of sales and productivity tools, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and collaboration software.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
