Your Role
As our new CRM Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic CRM programs that enhance customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and maximize customer lifetime value.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement multi-channel CRM strategies using a data-driven approach, tailored to our brand identity.
- Monitor and optimize CRM campaigns and customer journeys to improve customer satisfaction.
- Track key performance indicators related to customer engagement, retention, and revenue, providing regular insights to stakeholders.
- Analyze customer behavior and assess its impact on business metrics.
- Segment customers based on behaviors to create targeted offers and effective campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to maintain our competitive edge.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive promotional efforts align with our business objectives.
Your Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in CRM strategy and implementation.
- At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming sector.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and drive strategic decision-making.
- Results-driven approach focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
