We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen.

This part-time opportunity requires working 10 hours per week. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our sales team.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service/Sales
  1. Develop strong relationships with customers to deliver personalized service and drive sales growth.
  2. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  4. Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Stock/Merchandising
  1. Effectively manage stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
  2. Contribute to visual merchandising and display preparation to create an engaging shopping experience.
  3. Stay informed about new products, promotions, and sales initiatives to effectively communicate with customers.
  4. Support the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment.
Security
  1. Monitor and report any security incidents or concerns to management.
  2. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
House Keeping
  1. Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and tidy condition, adhering to company standards.
  2. Perform daily tasks to maintain a safe and secure store environment.
Operations/Administrative Duties
  1. Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Communicate customer feedback and concerns to management.
  3. Support the processing of customer transactions and maintain accurate records.
Attendance
  1. Arrive punctually for shifts and be prepared to start work on time.
  2. Notify management in advance of any anticipated absences or late arrivals.
  3. Respect company attendance policies and procedures.
Appearance
  1. Maintain a professional and well-presented appearance, adhering to company dress code.
Health & Safety
  1. Identify and report any health and safety hazards or incidents to management.
  2. Participate in health and safety training and follow established procedures.
