Senior Global Talent Manager

Vestas is the energy industry's global partner on sustainable energy solutions. As a Senior Global Talent Manager at Vestas, you will be responsible for translating global functional business strategies into tangible talent management initiatives enabling the business to meet and exceed their goals.
In this role, you will work in a global matrix structure with a direct line to the Head of Executive Partnering & Services, and a dotted line to the business. The main stakeholders will be Vestas' senior management teams, as well as the colleagues within the Human Resources organisation.
The focus will be on ensuring strong leadership, talent management, communication between top management, maximizing value creation, and utilizing the full potential of the HR organisation. You will become part of a unique and dynamic team called Executive Partnering & Services, which supports Vestas' executives and global business areas with HR business partnering as well as conducting global business transformations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and driving global workforce strategies based on market requirements;
- Supporting and collaborating with the talent organisation to ensure line of successors for critical positions – build bench strength;
- Advising the business leaders on strategic and operational organisational design and build required capabilities in the organisation, drawing on HR experts;
- Acting and fully contributing as the trusted HR Partner for leadership teams including driving the annual People & Culture cycle activities;
- Counselling Sr. leaders and executives on their people and business leadership to enable them to develop their leadership capabilities and act as a role model;
- Developing high-performing, diverse teams living up to the Vestas Values.
