About the Job
We are seeking a talented Customer Service Engineer to join our expanding professional services team in Denmark. The successful candidate will have a background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and be responsible for providing third-line technical support to our internal team, partners, and end-customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve highly complex technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics D365FO, Formpipe Lasernet solutions, and associated solution architecture.
- Provide input into articles, guides, best practices, and video tutorials to enable customers to resolve questions and issues through the support portal by themselves.
- Work with colleagues to ensure all tickets are prioritised and resolved in line with customer requirements.
- Assist all customers of Formpipe Private Sector.
Requirements
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations within a technical role.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of architecture and performance related to D365FO implementations.
- Experience in an IT Technical support role.
- Excellent comprehension, verbal, and written skills in English.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
