Job Summary:
  • Oversee daily store operations, including staff management, customer service, and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage inventory, and optimize resources.
Essential Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as a role model, providing coaching and feedback to team members.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors.
  3. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve revenue.
