Your Role
You will be working closely with our senior leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Accountabilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Develop and execute customized sales strategies to position SAP cloud solutions as the preferred choice for customers' IT infrastructure.
  • Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product management, and technical teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.

Sales Performance:
  • Achieve sales targets and consistently meet or exceed revenue growth expectations.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including up-sell and cross-sell possibilities, to drive incremental revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and motivate high-performing sales teams to achieve exceptional results and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise among team members.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional development to stay ahead of the competition.
