North and Central European Business Development Manager

Role Overview:
The Business Insights Manager for North and Central Europe will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer excellence across the region.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and Implement Business Strategies: Identify growth opportunities across NCE, develop business cases to realize revenue growth, and create market entry strategies for new products.
- Lead Process Improvements: Identify core issues within the commercial organization, lead process improvements, and ensure data integrity.
- Monitor and Improve Performance: Analyze and benchmark business performance using key metrics, drive adoption of analytics, and identify underperforming areas to implement targeted strategies.
- Drive Change and Innovation: Act as a change agent to drive business improvement and innovation, lead the transition to a more digital and data-driven business model, and support upskilling of sales teams on new digital tools.
