European Commercial Growth Strategist

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Identify growth opportunities across NCE and develop business cases to realize revenue growth.
- Create market entry strategies for new products, set revenue targets, and support product launches.
Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency:
- Identify core issues within the commercial organisation and lead process improvements.
- Ensure data integrity and monitor market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze and benchmark business performance using key metrics.
- Drive adoption of analytics and identify underperforming areas to implement targeted strategies.
Change Management:
- Act as a change agent to drive business improvement and innovation.
- Lead the transition to a more digital and data-driven business model.
- Support upskilling of sales teams on new digital tools.
