This role offers a unique opportunity to lead key initiatives, foster collaboration across countries and functions, and develop essential commercial, medical, and market access capabilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Identify growth opportunities across NCE and develop business cases to realize revenue growth.
  • Create market entry strategies for new products, set revenue targets, and support product launches.

Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency:

  • Identify core issues within the commercial organisation and lead process improvements.
  • Ensure data integrity and monitor market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Analyze and benchmark business performance using key metrics.
  • Drive adoption of analytics and identify underperforming areas to implement targeted strategies.

Change Management:

  • Act as a change agent to drive business improvement and innovation.
  • Lead the transition to a more digital and data-driven business model.
  • Support upskilling of sales teams on new digital tools.
