About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at Vestas. As a key member of our Supply Chain Resilience & Performance team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing Executive Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes within Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement S&OP processes to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate SIOP processes, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Run scenario planning to achieve high availability and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Interact with stakeholders at all levels, communicating complex information in a clear and transparent manner.

Requirements

  • Relevant master's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management and S&OP or commercial experience in global B2B companies.
  • Experience in running, facilitating, and working with S&OP teams with a customer focus.
  • Ability to take a holistic view and communicate complex information in a simple and transparent way.

  • Well-structured and true to the process.
