- Drive Value Beyond Savings: Provide supply chain procurement subject matter expertise and strategic advice to business stakeholders to maximize value.
- Act as a Cross-Functional Strategic Link: Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to drive commercial success and achieve business objectives.
- Manage Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with key partners to drive business growth and innovation.
- Explore Alternative Distribution Methods: Identify and implement new distribution channels to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify External Opportunities and Innovation: Leverage global negotiation tactics to drive business growth and improve supply chain resilience.
- Master's Degree or Equivalent: In supply chain, procurement, business, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 Years of Experience: In a related field with a holistic understanding of the full value chain.
- Experience in a Multinational Company: With a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and logistics and distribution.
- Proven Experience in Category Management: With a track record of driving commercial success and implementing sourcing and supply chain initiatives.
- Strong Knowledge of Logistics and Distribution: With a focus on the pharmaceutical industry and retail.
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills: With the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
