I rollen som Logistikekspert vil du være en central aktør i at udføre logistikopgaver, sikre effektiv lagerstyring, godkendelse af fakturaer og opretholde et solidt samarbejde med transportører og leverandører.
Dine ansvarsområder vil inkludere:
Gennemgang og kontrol af lager- og distributionsomkostninger samt udførelse af dybdegående analyser af omkostningsudviklingen. Være den primære kontaktperson for 4PL'er eller transportører for at håndtere operationelle udfordringer, herunder tidsbooking og kvalitetskontroller. Udvikle og vedligeholde KPI'er og serviceniveauer samt implementere forbedringsinitiativer. Udføre aktiv lagerstyring for at optimere pålidelighed og nøjagtighed, samtidig med at omkostningerne minimeres. Udføre daglige afstemningsanalyser mellem SAP og lagersystemer. Generere indkøbsordrer, verificere fakturaer og håndtere betalingsproblemer.Kvalifikationer
Solid erfaring med Excel, herunder opbygning af dashboards og arbejde med store datasæt. Kendskab til Power BI er en fordel. Praktisk erfaring med SAP, herunder dataudtræk og håndtering af indkøbsordrer. Stærke analytiske evner med evnen til at fortolke komplekse datasæt. Fremragende kommunikationsevner på engelsk samt et af de nordiske sprog. Tidligere erfaring i en rolle inden for Supply Chain eller logistik er en fordel.
