Business – and Product Development Manager for Trade Credit Insurance

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as Business and Product Development Manager for Trade Credit Insurance. This role is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in trade finance, risk mitigation, and product development to drive business growth and innovation at Atradius.

About the Role:

This position involves developing and executing strategies to enhance our trade credit insurance products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, develop new product lines, and improve existing ones. Your strong analytical skills, knowledge of trade finance, and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively will be valuable assets in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and executing business and product development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share;Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement;Analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform product development decisions;Designing and implementing new product lines and features to meet emerging market demands;

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the trade finance or credit insurance industry, preferably in a commercial role dealing with product, policy, and wording matters;
  • Knowledge of Atradius products and services, including trade credit insurance, surety, and collections;
  • A track record of developing and implementing successful business and product strategies;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in other European languages an advantage;
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or international business.
