Sales and Strategy Manager

Job Description
Sales and strategy manager for the water sector, responsible for driving sales activity in the Nordic region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hydrologic or hydraulic engineering principles and be able to communicate effectively with customers and partners.
This is a quota-carrying role that requires a high level of autonomy and self-motivation. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining territory account plans and detailed financial forecasts.
- They will also be expected to present accurate sales forecasts and achieve sales targets, leveraging Autodesk sales methodology and sales tools best practices.
- Additionally, they will undertake account planning, including profiling, positioning strategy, needs analysis, business justifications, sales opportunity development, service improvement planning, and long-range account management strategies.
