The Role: Senior Account Executive (SE)

We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive growth and expand our footprint in the Swedish market. This is a full-time position based in Copenhagen, ideal for a skilled sales professional who is ready to take on a key role in our rapidly scaling organization.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will focus on building relationships with high-value prospects, closing strategic deals, and collaborating with our growing sales culture. You will play an important role in shaping the success of All Gravy's Go-To-Market strategy and helping us build a product that customers love.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Drive high-value opportunities in the Swedish market, with potential to expand into other regions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, and collaboration with the Go-To-Market team.
  • Prioritize and strategize deals to maximize revenue impact and meet/exceed monthly targets.
  • Work closely with the Go-To-Market Lead to refine sales processes.
  • Identify trends and insights from your deals to influence long-term business strategy.

We expect you to have 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or software sales. You should demonstrate a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and have experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging with decision-makers in enterprise or mid-market accounts. Fluency in English is a must, and confidence, boldness, and comfort navigating high-stakes conversations are essential.
