About the Role

This senior account manager position is a field-based commercial role in Denmark covering the Nordic region. The job involves building and developing long-term partnerships with new and existing clients, generating sales of safety products and services, and day-to-day account management of the business.

The Challenge

Our client is the world's largest provider of pharma and biopharma GMP manufacturing and biologics testing. As a senior account manager, you will be responsible for sales revenues and will focus on continuous sales growth through existing and new customers in the Nordic region.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with customers to develop the market potential
  • Generating sales by acquiring new customers and leads, conducting market research, maintaining contact, and up-selling to existing customers
  • Negotiating pricing and managing detailed contracts and agreements with customers
  • Maintaining a broad and deep customer network at all levels with prospective customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones
  • Developing and delivering accurate business forecasts on a quarterly basis or as requested by management

About You

You should possess a strong understanding of the Life Science segment in Denmark and have a winning personality. You should also have a Bachelor, Master, or equivalent degree preferably in Cell biology, Molecular Biology, or related discipline, as well as proven sales experience in the biotech industry.
