The ideal candidate has a proven track record in conference and meeting planning, with a focus on attention to detail and exceptional customer service.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in conference and meeting planning or a similar role.
- Proficiency in one of the Scandinavian languages or English.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute conferences and meetings from start to finish.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to communicate event details accurately.
- Identify upselling opportunities to enhance client experiences and drive revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor event logistics, setup, and requirements to meet client expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends to enhance our offerings and services.
