Job Summary:

The Vice President of Channel and Distribution Sales is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence through the company's channel and distribution network. This role requires a deep understanding of the Unified Communications and Audiovisual markets, as well as proven leadership skills to drive sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and execute a comprehensive channel and distribution strategy that aligns with the company's sales goals and corporate objectives.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key channel partners, resellers, and distributors to expand market reach and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and market conditions to adjust strategies and ensure the company remains competitive in the UC and AV markets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and business development professionals to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of channel and distribution strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in sales and channel management, with a strong background in the Unified Communications and Audiovisual markets.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market presence through strategic partnerships and channel development.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
Performance Metrics:
  • Achievement of sales targets through channel and distribution networks.
  • Growth in market share within key channels.
  • Effective execution and establishment of channel strategies.
  • Partner satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Financial performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and ROI.
