About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Account Manager to join our Jabra Netherlands Sales and Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering on a channel sales plan in the Netherlands, analyzing sales performance, and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver on a channel sales plan in the Netherlands
  2. Analyze sales performance and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
  3. Implement product and sales trainings for assigned partners
  4. Maintain and build a network within the channel partner ecosystem
  5. Coordinate marketing activities within responsible accounts
  6. Support at events, trade shows, and webinars with specific input on channel sales
Requirements
  1. Background and current experience in Netherlands ICT and AV channel markets
  2. Sales experience within selling to channel partners and to end-users, preferably in B2B market segment
  3. Knowledge of AV-solutions, video solutions, and telecommunications
  4. Good presenting and communication skills in both Dutch and English
  5. Ability to capture, process, and analyze data to make effective decisions
  6. Experience working effectively and cross-functionally within all levels of management both internally and externally
