Enterprise Channel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Account Manager to join our Jabra Netherlands Sales and Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering on a channel sales plan in the Netherlands, analyzing sales performance, and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver on a channel sales plan in the Netherlands
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
- Implement product and sales trainings for assigned partners
- Maintain and build a network within the channel partner ecosystem
- Coordinate marketing activities within responsible accounts
- Support at events, trade shows, and webinars with specific input on channel sales
- Background and current experience in Netherlands ICT and AV channel markets
- Sales experience within selling to channel partners and to end-users, preferably in B2B market segment
- Knowledge of AV-solutions, video solutions, and telecommunications
- Good presenting and communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Ability to capture, process, and analyze data to make effective decisions
- Experience working effectively and cross-functionally within all levels of management both internally and externally
