Customer Support Engineer, Diagnostics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Engineer to join our Diagnostics team at Revvity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-class customer support and service to clients, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with our service team to ensure seamless delivery of our diagnostic services, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored support and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in diagnostics and customer support, applying this knowledge to improve our services and processes.
- Work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, contributing to the development of new business strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Full driving license and ability to travel as required.
- Significant experience in a customer support or service role, preferably in a diagnostics or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
