We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our education strategy in the Nordic region. As Nordic Head of Education, you'll develop and implement a cutting-edge O+O training strategy for our Dermatological Beauty division, focusing on pharmacists and external skincare advisors.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive education strategy aligned with our division's goals and commercial channel strategies.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for over 20,000 stakeholders, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and cosmeticians.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by researching new learning technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Lead and develop a team of Training Managers to support the growth of our education initiatives.
You'll Thrive Here If:
- You have a relevant degree from Business, Education, or Pharmacy and a minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.
- You're passionate about designing and delivering effective training programs that meet the evolving needs of our business.
