Nordic Patient Advocacy Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Advocacy Strategist to join our team at Winther & Hill. As a Patient Advocacy Strategist, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving patient advocacy strategies across the Nordic region.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing disease-specific patient advocacy strategies and engagement plans, ensuring alignment with Nordic and global advocacy objectives. You will also lead key Nordic projects and initiatives in collaboration with local colleagues and patient advocacy organizations.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong knowledge of multi-stakeholder environments related to patient access and health policies, as well as leadership and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust and foster partnerships.
You will work closely with patient organizations in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Iceland to support oncology advocacy initiatives and create meaningful collaborations. Your ability to translate complex medical information into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences will be essential in this role.
