Customer Support Team Member

tamigo is a rapidly growing SaaS company providing best-in-class Workforce Management solutions to customers in retail and hospitality across Europe. We are seeking a motivated Student Assistant in Customer Support to collaborate with our Italian customers, the rest of the Customer Support team, and colleagues across the company.
As a Student Assistant, you will gain valuable insight into our product and core markets, develop strong technical skills, and be fully integrated into our dynamic team. After graduating, you can potentially join us full-time.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Assist Italian and international customers via email and phone, providing troubleshooting and technical assistance.
- Customer Education: Educate and empower customers to maximize their use of tamigo.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with contract renewals, translate documentation from English to Italian, and strive to deliver business and technical value guided by KPIs.
You Should Have:
- A native level of Italian and proficiency in written and spoken English.
- At least one year left before graduating from master's studies in a relevant field such as business, IT, communication, or another related field.
