Career Opportunities: Senior Specialist for Customer Support Requests and Stakeholder ManagementIn this role, you will be responsible for ensuring great customer support on a global level by collaborating closely with 4 other team members and 80 Local Business Supporters worldwide.
We are an international team of 10 colleagues located in Denmark, France, and Malaysia, working together to generate and manage product documentation, labels, kosher/halal certification, and diverse customer inquiries.
This involves leading the Customer Support Request area, handling cases, prioritizing tasks, and facilitating knowledge sharing between teams.
You will also establish close relationships with stakeholders across the value chain and corporate functions, agreeing on processes, setting up improvements, and acting as a Point of Contact for upgrades and changes.
Key responsibilities include managing business processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
As a customer-centric individual with a proactive and results-oriented approach, you excel at leading without formal authority and effectively engaging with stakeholders.
To succeed in this position, you must hold a candidate degree in a relevant field and +3 years of experience in Business Support, Customer Service, Product Management, QA, Regulatory, Application, or ESG.
A strong understanding of food safety, quality, microbiology, and/or enzymology is also essential.
