About the Job

This role offers a unique opportunity to apply technical expertise, streamline onboarding processes, and contribute to the broader customer success strategy, helping turn CS into a key revenue driver for Contractbook.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Execute Scalable Onboarding Strategies: Create guides, webinars, and automation to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
  2. Collaborate with Support Teams: Resolve issues quickly and improve the onboarding journey.
  3. Work Closely with Product Teams: Relay customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions that enhance adoption.
  4. Contribute to Improving Customer Success: Help refine and optimize onboarding processes.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ Year of Experience in SaaS Customer Success: Proven track record of driving customer success, onboarding, or implementation roles.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with software platforms, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with SMB Customers: One-to-many approach in customer success (e.g., webinars, automated onboarding, knowledge bases).
  • A Process-Driven Mindset: Passion for efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Commercial Awareness: Spot opportunities for expansion and help customers unlock more value.
