Italian Market Expansion Manager

We are seeking an experienced Italian Market Expansion Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients in Italy.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company and contribute to its continued success. You will work closely with our leadership team, marketing department, and other commercial colleagues to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
Your primary focus will be on building awareness of our Autoflows solution among potential clients in Italy and converting leads into sales. You must have excellent project management skills, experience with growth strategy, and a strong commercial mindset with a customer focus.
You will take the lead on all activities related to the Italian market, from awareness-building to closing sales. Your role will involve building client relationships through the sales process, ensuring smooth handovers to our Customer Success team, and managing your weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline.
We are looking for someone with a commercial background, preferably from a tech company, who has experience building and maintaining go-to-market strategies and plans. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to execute plans using various channels such as email campaigns, social media, telemarketing, white papers, and webinars.
You must be fluent in Italian and able to work from our Copenhagen office. This is not a remote role, and we require applicants to relocate to Denmark if selected.
ag analytics is an international team of 35 employees covering markets in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, the UK, Spain, Germany, and Italy. Key Responsibilities:Strategic account mapping, follow-up, and closure
Designing and implementing growth plans, including email campaigns, social media, gated content, telemarketing, and other relevant activities in collaboration with the marketing team
Organizing webinars, events, and online meetings to engage with clients and prospects
Project managing the plan to ensure timely execution and continuous improvement
Tracking performance and making adjustments as necessary
Managing the weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline
Account management of client portfolios until handover to Customer Success
Collaborating with marketing for lead generation and commercial colleagues for alignment and idea generation
