Sales & Business Development Director Nordics

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to spearhead our expansion in the Nordic market.

As our Sales & Business Development Director Nordics, you'll be responsible for growing our customer base across Sweden and the broader Nordic region. You'll identify and approach potential customers, convince them of the necessity of our SaaS solution, and translate strategy into actionable plans.

You'll collaborate with HQ to share insights and best practices, attend events and trade shows, and maintain our leadership position in the industry. With a solid strategy, strong financial backing, and a professional support team, you'll have the tools to succeed.

  • Born salesperson with a passion for customer relationships and a proven track record in closing deals.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the tech, automotive, or SaaS industry.
  • An impressive network that would make even LinkedIn jealous.
  • A strong track record in customer acquisition and deal-closing.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Swedish and/or Danish language skills are a plus.
