Business Development Manager

We see significant growth potential in Denmark, and we need a Business Development Manager to strengthen our sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding our business with new clients through B2B sales, primarily in Jutland but also in other parts of Denmark.
The role requires identifying new business opportunities aligned with our distribution strategy, generating leads, acquiring new customers, and managing existing ones as needed. During the initial induction period, the role will be largely remote, so it's essential that the candidate can work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Generating leads and acquiring new customers
- Managing existing customers
Requirements:
- Prior experience in B-to-B sales or consultative selling (min. 3 years)
- Hunter mindset in sales
- Basic knowledge of corporate finance matters and trade-related banking products is beneficial
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Self-driven with ability to work independently
- Motivated by working towards fixed goals and creating results
- Team player with positive energy and passion for sales
- Good command of both spoken and written Danish and English
- Bachelor degree holder or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel in Denmark
