Global Fandom Development Lead

Are you passionate about driving business impact and shaping the vision for a groundbreaking LEGO Fan Creator Program? This role offers the opportunity to contribute to scale LEGO fandom across audiences, leveraging the OESP marketing model and supporting the Build, Direct Lasting Relationships (BDLR) strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and implement an overall fan media business strategy, including its value proposition, business rationale, and operational infrastructure for collaboration with fan creators.
- Work closely with customers to ensure the program aligns with and supports Portfolio, Brand, and Commercial objectives.
- Develop annual critical metrics and quarterly goals and achievements for implementing and operating the program in collaboration with the DCE matrix.
- Spearhead the development of the Creator program within the LEGO organization and secure company-wide integration.
- Monitor performance and outcomes, utilizing data and analytics to build a proven foundation of insights regarding performance of creator-driven value creation to guide further program development and target setting.
- Drive the continuous development roadmap for the program with evolved strategic frameworks and collaboration with partners to ensure it meets Creator and Business needs.
- Evaluate significant and measurable value crafted for both Creators and the LEGO Group, verified through OESP and support for the BDLR strategy.
This role is part of our Grown-Ups Engagement team, striving to bring adults closer to our products. We are committed to delivering direct and long-lasting relationships with consumers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Ability to build strategy and drive business/value creation in a global, matrixed organization.
- Deep understanding of marketing and content strategy in the context of an international sophisticated organization.
- Thought leadership to drive the LEGO Creator program forward with internal and external partners, keeping it ahead of the curve.
- Strong grasp of the nature of fandom.
- Experience using data to identify and describe consumer/fan segments in an addressable way and measure audience health.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of the 'Creator Economy,' how it functions, how mutual value is created, and how this area evolves.
