Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to staff and students in person, via remote access tools, or through phone calls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software applications.
- Manage user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
Additional Contributions:
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in inventory management of IT equipment and peripherals.
- Document technical procedures and resolutions for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with common productivity software, such as Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in IT support or customer service is a plus.
